Spreadsheet mode. Choose Expense, Saving / Investment, or Income. Type =200+300+600 and press Enter — Ledger saves ₹1,100 and remembers the formula.
Leave a cell blank to remove the saved amount for that category/day. If multiple transactions exist for the same category/day, select the cell to see every transaction and its formula in the formula bar and details. Use All Entries when you want separate line items.
